Metallurgical Shear Blades

The products weigh from 10KG to 600 KG, up to 1.5 meters in diameter, 5.5 meters in length and IT4 class in machining precision. The blades are not only sold to all major Chinese steel plants but also exported to Japan, Germany and other countries.

Metallurgical blades are mainly made of H13K,HMB,HMK,H3,9CrSi,5CrW2Si,6CrW2Si,Cr12Mov, W18Cr4V,SKD61 and other high quality tool steels and alloy tool steels. It has the characteristics of high precision, sharp edge, impact resistance and wear resistance. It is mainly used in shearing of continuous casting, continuous rolling and slab opening.
