The copper material of the oxygen lance tip  is TU1 high-purity oxygen-free copper, Cu+Ag≥99.97%, with excellent electrical and thermal conductivity;

The end face of the oxygen lance tip and the oxygen injection hole column adopt an integrated forging forming process, and the tensile strength of the material is ≥275MPa. Forged copper material has high density, no casting defects such as porosity, looseness, slag inclusion, etc., it is not easy to produce "hydrogen disease" during use, and it has stronger heat flow impact resistance and corrosion resistance;

The nozzle adopts advanced welding technology such as special welding as a whole, which is well-sealed, safe and reliable; there is no welding seam in the thermally affected area at the end, which avoids the risk of water leakage of the nozzle under severe working conditions where the temperature of the reaction zone of the converter bath is above 2000 ºC, and improves safety coefficient.

 The inner and outer surfaces of the nozzle of the oxygen lance are processed by CNC, the surface processing accuracy is high, the inner wall is uniform and smooth, and the pressure loss of the cooling water in the nozzle cavity is reduced. Combined with the design of the guide baffle, the water flow is evenly distributed, and the center cooling of the nozzle end is strengthened, which improves the cooling efficiency of the nozzle and meets the conditions of safe use for a long time.
